Training the next generation of tribal leaders is essential, not just in the gaming industry or the gaming side of the enterprise; rather, across the enterprise, giving the next generation the skills and motivation to become entrepreneurs, business leaders, governors, senators, and more. This session will explore what training means, why it matters, what it might look like, and the urgency of now.  Today, there is a 15 year old who could run for Congress in 2036, or for President in 2052. Now is the time to develop that young adult and the next generation of leaders.
