BJ Bouschor is a seasoned Information Technology executive with more than 24 years of experience in the casino gaming industry. He began his gaming career in 2002 as a Slot Data Systems Operator/Analyst with Kewadin Casinos in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. In 2010, he was promoted to Manager of IT on the Gaming side, where he oversaw technology operations across five casino properties in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.

During his tenure at Kewadin Casinos, BJ played a key role in opening a new casino hotel property, leading major system implementations, and strengthening IT’s strategic alignment with business operations to drive measurable impact.

BJ joined FireKeepers Casino Hotel in 2014 as Director of Information Technology and was promoted to Vice President of Information Technology in 2015. He now serves as Chief Information Officer. In his current role, BJ has transformed the property’s cybersecurity posture, optimized IT staffing to support organizational growth, and implemented innovative technologies that enhance operational performance while maintaining strong fiscal discipline.
