Brett Ewing

Brett K. Ewing, AIA, NCARB, is a principal at Cuningham and a career gaming, entertainment, and hospitality design executive. An expert with vast experience spanning more than 40 years in Las Vegas, he has worked on a majority of the properties on the Strip, including Caesars Palace, Bellagio, and Rio. Brett’s lengthy track record speaks to his expertise in the successful design and coordination of new construction, expansions, and renovations. A principal with Cuningham since 2012, Brett continues to deliver large, complex projects across the country. Before joining Cuningham, Brett was a Partner at Thalden Boyd Emery Architects, and, prior to that, he was President of Architecture and Interior Design at Marnell Corrao Associates in Las Vegas, working with them for over 20 years.  

His career has led him to commercial gaming projects outside of Las Vegas, in Atlantic City, the Gulf Coast, Louisiana, and Missouri. Brett has also helped over 25 sovereign nations across the U.S. expand their gaming and hospitality projects and drive their facilities forward. His recent portfolio includes the $370 million Emerald Queen Casino Resort for the Puyallup Tribe in Tacoma, WA; the extensive Tachi Palace Casino Resort remodel and expansion in Lemoore, CA; the Spokane Tribe Casino and Hotel expansion in Washington state; and the Phase 2 Expansion for Wildhorse Resort & Casino in OR.
