Diallo Gordon is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Pavilion Payments, bringing 30 years of experience across technology, payments, and the casino gaming industry. His background spans engineering, service, product, and leadership roles at organizations including Passport Technologies, Aristocrat Technologies, Everi Holdings, Phi Gaming, and the Mississippi Gaming Commission.

Prior to his work in gaming and payments, Diallo served in the United States Air Force, where he supported space and weapons research programs, and later held civilian leadership roles within the U.S. Department of Defense and the Federal Aviation Administration. His experience across highly regulated environments informs his practical, operations-focused approach to modernization in gaming.

Diallo holds undergraduate degrees in Electronics Engineering, Business Management, and Business Administration, a Master of Information Systems from the University of Maryland, and is currently completing an Executive Master of Business Administration at the University of Georgia.
