Carl Long
Carl Long – President/CEO
Carl Long is a member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Texas Christian University. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Texas. He is a member of the International Society of Hospitality Purchasers and is active in NEWH. He is a member of the Founding and Allied Executive Member Committee for AAHOA. Mr. Long is currently on the board of the Indian Gaming Association as an Associate Member Representative.
Mr. Long is an advocate for best practices in the purchasing profession and teaches seminars on project purchasing around the country. Mr. Long has executed several areas of responsibility for executive management and implementation of PMI’s system of purchasing management. He was stationed in India overseeing PMI’s India operation and has also headed up the Latin American projects. He has been a speaker at hospitality industry events such as HDExpo, Boutique Design, and HIFI as an expert in project purchasing. Mr. Long is a member of NEWH, Asian American Hotel Association (AAHOA) and the International Society of Hospitality Purchasers (ISHP).
