Crystal Houston serves as the Regulatory Compliance Assistant Manager – Audit for the Chickasaw Nation Office of the Gaming Commissioner. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the gaming industry, including 13 years in gaming operations and the past eight years in regulatory oversight with the Office of the Gaming Commissioner.

The Chickasaw Nation, headquartered in Oklahoma, operates 25 gaming facilities, including one of the largest casinos in the world with more than 10,000 gaming machines. In her current role, Crystal leads and conducts regulatory audits, provides compliance consultation, and collaborates with stakeholders on all gaming regulatory matters to ensure adherence to applicable laws and standards.

In addition to her responsibilities with the Nation, Crystal serves as Chairwoman of the Oklahoma Tribal Gaming Regulators Association (OTGRA), an organization committed to fostering communication, collaboration, and accessible training opportunities for Oklahoma tribal regulators and casino management to uphold the integrity of Indian Gaming.
