Cynthia Hays is an accomplished and passionate compliance professional with 25 years of gaming industry experience.  She is currently the Director of Compliance at FireKeepers Casino Hotel.  Cynthia has worked for both operators and manufacturers, almost exclusively in roles that were compliance centric.  Prior to joining FireKeepers, she worked for two start up companies:  JACK Entertainment and BetFred USA Sports.  Hays has experience in all realms of compliance including serving as a Title 31/BSA Officer for more than six years of her career.  She is skilled at relationship building, operational regulatory compliance, training, licensing, compliance risk mitigation, new product launches, responsible gaming, online gaming and sports betting, and drafting regulations and internal controls.  Cynthia is passionate about Tribal Gaming and Tribal Sovereignty and how gaming has benefited Tribes across the nation.  She is humbled to be working for the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi.
