Desiree Vincent is a business leader with more than 25 years of experience in marketing, learning and development, business development, and startup environments. As Vice President of Product Development at WYSR, a SaaS platform designed to support workforce training, communication, and operational accountability, she focuses on building scalable learning solutions that help organizations strengthen culture, improve compliance, and support employee development.
Her professional background also includes work in the therapeutic and education fields, where she supported workforce and community education initiatives focused on alcohol awareness, substance use prevention, domestic violence awareness, and harm-reduction–based training. Through collaborations with court-mandated education programs and community organizations, she helped develop training that addressed real-world challenges faced by individuals navigating addiction and high-risk environments. This experience continues to shape her approach to training today, emphasizing practical, trauma-aware education that supports both individual growth and organizational responsibility.
At WYSR, Desiree leads the development of industry-focused training programs designed for real operational environments, including the Casino Table Games training series developed in partnership with gaming experts Bill Zender and Matt Mellor. Her broader career spans hospitality, wellness, and education management, where she has helped organizations launch new programs, strengthen workforce development, and develop learning strategies aligned with operational and cultural goals.
Desiree has previously moderated and presented at several industry events, including the Native American Human Resources Conference and Global Gaming Expo (G2E). She is honored to present at the 2026 IGA Tradeshow and Convention.
She holds a degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and an MBA from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management. Desiree is also an Associate Member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) and the Indian Gaming Association.
