Desiree Vincent, Vice President of Product Development, WYSR
I am a born and raised business leader with over 25 years of experience spanning marketing, learning and development, business development, and startups. As Vice President of Product Development at WYSR—a SaaS platform focused on training, customization, communication, and accountability—I am passionate about using technology to strengthen company culture, support lifelong learning, and empower teams to succeed.

My professional background also includes work in the therapeutic and education space, where I supported workforce and community education initiatives focused on alcohol awareness, substance use, domestic violence prevention, and harm-reduction–based training. This experience included collaborating with court-mandated education programs and community organizations serving individuals navigating addiction and high-risk environments. This work continues to inform my approach to training today, emphasizing practical, trauma-aware education that supports both individual growth and organizational responsibility.

At WYSR, I focus on developing training and compliance solutions that are adaptable to real operational environments, including the Casino Table Games training series created in partnership with Bill Zender and Matt Mellor. My broader career spans hospitality, wellness, and education management, with experience supporting teams, launching programs, and building scalable learning solutions that align with operational and cultural goals. Most recently, I moderated at the 15th Annual Native American Human Resources Conference in Anaheim, CA, G2E 2025, and I am honored to return as a speaker for my second year at the 16th Annual Native American Human Resources Conference, taking place January 26–27 in Las Vegas.

I hold a degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and an MBA from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management. I am also a SHRM Associate Member and an Indian Gaming Associate member.
