I am a proud member of the Bois Forte Band of Chippewa, a single mother of three, and the General Manager of Fortune Bay Resort Casino. My career began on the frontline at Fortune Bay, and I worked my way up to leadership, fueled by a passion for operational excellence and mentorship. 

With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Minnesota State University-Mankato and advanced certifications in Gaming Management from the University of Nevada Reno, my expertise lies in financial stewardship, team leadership, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. I specialize in budget management, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance, ensuring the seamless execution of casino operations. 

A strong advocate for inclusivity, I am dedicated to mentoring not only tribal women but all band members to empower the next generation of leaders in the gaming industry. I strive to create workplaces that value diversity, foster growth, and uphold sustainability for future generations.
