Frances Alvarez
Frances Alvarez is a Commissioner for the Wilton Rancheria Gaming Commission and a seasoned tribal relations executive with over 24 years of experience in the tribal gaming industry. A member of the San Pasqual Band of Mission Indians, she is recognized for her deep commitment to tribal sovereignty, regulation, and the professional advancement of indigenous communities. Alvarez has held significant leadership roles across the sector, including a 17-year tenure with the San Pasqual Tribal Gaming Commission and executive positions in gaming technology and consulting.
In addition to her regulatory work at Wilton Rancheria, Alvarez serves as the Chairwoman of the Tribal Gaming Protection Network (TGPN) and the President of the National Native American Hall of Fame. Through TGPN, she was instrumental in establishing the annual Women in Tribal Gaming Symposium, a platform dedicated to nurturing female leadership in the industry. She is also the founder of Rezonate LLC, a fractional tribal relations firm that helps organizations navigate and build meaningful partnerships within Indian Country.
