Gena Caviness is a Supervisory Auditor for the National Indian Gaming Commission. Gena directly supervises the day-to-day work of the Audit Team, including conducting Internal Control Assessments and other Audit services, compiling yearly Gross Gaming Revenues from submitted annual audited financial statements, performing analysis of financial statements and Agreed-Upon Procedures (AUP) reports, developing training material, and providing technical assistance and training all to ensure regulatory compliance, gaming integrity, and that tribes are the primary beneficiaries of their gaming revenues.
