Sr. Tribal Services Manager, BMM Testing Labs

Holly serves as the Senior Tribal Services Manager for BMM Testlabs. In this role, Holly is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Tribal Gaming Commissions, Casino Operations, Information Technology departments and Tribal and Executive Leadership across Northern America. Casino executive and Tribal Leadership in North America.

Her primary responsibilities also include identifying and addressing regulatory and technical compliance issues, Class II and Class III technical standards and internal controls, training, and field service offerings.

Prior to joining BMM in 2019, Holly served on the Regulatory Compliance Side of the Chickasaw Nation Office of the Gaming Commissioner for over 10 years. In this role, Holly was responsible for proper installation, verification, and auditing of all Class II Gaming Systems, Class III Gaming machines, Kiosks and Online Accounting System software and hardware to all Tribal, State and Federal Regulations and Internal Controls. This included the Winstar Casino in Thackerville Oklahoma, the largest casino in the world!

In her time with the Chickasaw Nation, Holly also served as a member of the combative sports commission for the Nation. She played an integral role in developing and implementing processes, procedures, and standards that met and or exceeded the Athletic Boxing Commission (ABC), the worldwide sanctioning body for all boxing and combative sports. The Chickasaw Nation was one of the first Tribe in North America to be certified by the ABC.

In conjunction in her time at the Chickasaw Nation she worked for the Oklahoma Athletic Commission serving as a certified judge and inspector for Mixed Martial Arts, Wrestling and Boxing.

Holly is a actively involved in Tribal Gaming Protection Network, where her invaluable dedication and service have significantly contributed to the organization's mission. She is also actively involved in the Women in Tribal Gaming Symposium, helping to empower and uplift women in the industry, furthering the event's success through her commitment and expertise.
