Executive Director, San Carlos Apache Tribal Gaming Commission
Jolene Noline is an enrolled member of the San Carlos Apache Tribe from San Carlos, Arizona. She is currently serving as the Executive Director for the San Carlos Apache Tribal Gaming Commission. Ms. Noline has been working in tribal gaming since 2007, holding positions such as gaming inspector, compliance investigator, and Supervisor of Inspectors. All positions were with the San Carlos Apache Tribal Gaming Commission.
In 2024, Jolene was appointed to serve as President for the Arizona Tribal Gaming Regulators Alliance (ATGRA), which is a 501(c) (6) non-profit, that promotes a cooperative relationship among the regulators of Tribal Gaming Enterprises and also promotes regulatory standards and educational seminars to benefit all of Arizona Tribes. Jolene received her Associates of Arts in Business Administration from Haskell Indian Nations University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University. She also has certification as a Merydyan PRYME systems administrator, tribal gaming certifications from the Indian Gaming Association and the National Tribal Gaming Commissioners and Regulators.
