Jon joined Sbarro in 2013, beginning his career in restaurant operations. He has held leadership roles in operations, franchise support, construction, and facilities and now leads our domestic franchise operations and development efforts. Jon graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management.
