Kristi Jackson
Kristi Jackson is the Chairperson and co-founder of TFA Capital Partners, offering capital raising, strategic and financial advisory services to Tribes and their enterprises. She has been a part of over $30 billion of capital raised for Tribes over her career. Since 1995, her teams have led hundreds of transactions for Tribes including syndicated bank, bond, tax exempt, leasing and new markets tax credit financings. TFA advises Tribes on economic diversification activities, providing strategic guidance to Boards and Councils.
Prior to founding TFA, she served as a Managing Director at Banc of America Securities, leading the Tribal finance effort within the investment bank.
She holds a bachelor's degree from UC Irvine and an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.
