Luke Jumper

President , TBE Architects

Luke Jumper is a registered architect and serves as President of TBE Architects. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Illinois and a Master of Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.

Over the course of his career, Luke has distinguished himself both as a practicing architect and as an educator. His professional work spans global projects, while his academic contributions include teaching architecture, drafting and design, and industrial technology at Lewis and Clark Community College.

Luke’s introduction to tribal gaming and casino resort design began in 2017 when he joined TBE Architects. Since then, he has played a key role in the development of casino and hospitality properties across the United States, including in Michigan, North Dakota, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, Arizona, California, Oregon, and Oklahoma.

In 2024, Luke was appointed President of TBE Architects. In this leadership role, he continues to guide and inspire the firm’s design teams, championing innovation and creativity in the development of destination properties.
