Maegan Bishop is an Internal Audit Director and Local Agency Security Officer (LASO) for the Comanche Nation Gaming Commission, where she has extensive experience within highly regulated organizations and enhancing internal control environments. 

With over 17 years of combined experience spanning regulatory compliance and auditing, gaming operations, and municipal finance, she has a proven ability to design risk-based audit plans, evaluate operational and financial processes, conduct complex investigations, and implement corrective action strategies that enhance transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency. 

Due to her work focusing on a strong understanding of auditing, financial reporting and regulatory framework, Maegan has acquired expertise in the creation and implementation of policies and procedures, process improvement, contract compliance, accounting controls, regulatory compliance, comprehensive internal audit programs, as well as regulatory and audit requirements related to criminal justice information systems. This knowledge and understanding assists in mitigating risks, strengthening governance, and supporting sustainable organizational growth. 

Maegan has earned a bachelor's degree and is in the process of maintaining Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credentials.
