Mary Smith brings 19 years of experience in the casino and hospitality industry and currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Four Winds Casinos. In this role, she oversees the overall operations and strategic direction of all Four Winds locations. 

Mrs. Smith joined Four Winds Casinos in 2007 and has advanced through a series of leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Chief Operating Officer with her role prior to that as Executive Vice President of Operations. In 2023, she was named Senior Vice President of Hotel and Project Development, where she played a key role in the expansion of the South Bend Casino. Her previous positions include Vice President of Hotel Operations, Hotel Director, and Property Manager for the Dowagiac and Hartford properties. 

Mrs. Smith holds a degree in business from Indiana University. With her extensive expertise in hospitality, project development, and operational leadership, she has been instrumental in shaping the growth and success of the Four Winds brand.
