Meghan Frye is the Executive Director of the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi Gaming Commission, where she oversees licensing, audit, investigations, and responsible gaming oversight. She works closely with casino leadership to ensure regulatory standards are clear, enforceable, and practical in day-to-day operations. Under her leadership, the NHBP Gaming Commission was awarded Excellence in Gaming by NAGRA and SBC's Tribal Regulator of the Year award. Meghan holds a master’s degree and is a Certified Fraud Examiner. She is a proponent of strategic planning and the responsible use of AI to strengthen regulatory efficiency, risk assessment, and internal controls. She is also Secretary for the North American Gaming Regulators Association. Outside of her work in gaming regulation, she is most proud of being a mom to her two boys, who remind her daily to stay curious and keep learning.
