Michael Michaud brings over 35 years of extensive experience in the gaming industry, having served in nearly every operational and executive role within a casino. He was recently appointed Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise and previously served as the inaugural Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Leech Lake Gaming in north-central Minnesota. Throughout his career, Michael has contributed to the success of several leading tribal gaming organizations, including the Ho-Chunk Nation, the Seminole Tribe of Florida, the Navajo Nation, and the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska. He is a proud enrolled member of the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe.

In 2012, Michael was honored with the Barona/VCAT Indian Gaming Tribal Marketing Team of the Year award—a testament to his innovative approach and marketing expertise. He is known for consistently driving revenue through inventive, results-oriented programs and is a firm believer in Servant Leadership, fostering growth and collaboration at all organizational levels.
