Patty Wisner
Patricia "Patty" Wisner leads the Training Team at Mazatzal Hotel & Casino, an enterprise of the Tonto Apache Tribe, near Payson, Arizona. Her team delivers specialized training in guest service, leadership, communication, and workplace safety. Patty began her career as an elementary school teacher after graduating from Arizona State University and later pursued graduate coursework in Curriculum and Design at San Diego State University , as well as legal studies at the University of San Diego.
Patty has presented at national conferences on tribal development, engaging and effective learning, mental health in the workplace, and, most recently, support on the trail. She is deeply passionate about mental health advocacy and has volunteered for many years with NAMI Payson, the local affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness. In her role at Mazatzal, she works closely with HR Director Kathy Hinton to foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive work environment.
