Paul Speirs-Hernandez
Paul has been in the gaming industry since 1994 and is the owner of leadership training company Red Wagon Institute and marketing consultancy Steinbeck Communications. He is an internationally published writer and has spoken at several conferences across the U.S. He co-wrote the “Inspiring Our World” diversity production show for MGM Resorts International, and was a founding board member of the Yellow Pants Project, a leadership program for Las Vegas high school students. He holds an MA from UNLV and a BS from Southern Utah University. He is also a certified instructor for DiSC and for Taking Flight with DISC.
