Peter Arceo is currently the Chief Gaming Officer for the Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation. He provides strategic insight, direction, and oversight for the Tribe’s gaming & hospitality initiatives, ensuring a cohesive experience across all properties. With 30 years of experience in gaming and hospitality, Peter first joined the enterprise in 2015. Over the years, he has held several key positions, including Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and General Manager, before advancing to his current role in 2023.

Under Peter’s leadership, Yaamava’ Resort and Casino opened a new casino and resort expansion in 2021 and recently earned the prestigious AAA Five Diamond award in 2025.

Prior to joining Yaamava’ Resort and Casino, he was Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for the Salt River Pima – Maricopa Indian Community’s Casino Arizona and Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, where he was responsible for all facets of marketing for the two casino properties. Arceo started his gaming career as a blackjack dealer and spent his first nine years in the industry with Boyd Gaming Corporation.

Arceo received his Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from UNLV, a Master of Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business at USC, and recently earned a Master of Legal Studies from UCLA School of Law.
