Randi Topham
A native of Minnesota, Randi Topham moved to Southern Nevada in 2000 to earn her bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and has called Las Vegas home ever since. Growing up in Minnesota, she enjoyed participating in the performing arts and credits much of her work ethic and success to the discipline and rigor required from her years of practicing dance, particularly classical ballet. She was fortunate enough to perform various roles in some of the great classics such as The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, and Sleeping Beauty.
Randi started her career at Bellagio as a Management Associate (MAP) in their slot department. In this role, she had the opportunity to spend time and learn about every area within slots including operations, marketing, and technical support. After completing the MAP Program at Bellagio, Randi went on to work in various marketing capacities for MGM Resort’s Loyalty Marketing as well as CityCenter Residential and even transitioned to the HR side of the business as the Director of Training & Organizational Development for the Finance Shared Services Center (FSSC) at MGM Resorts.
In 2012, Randi was recruited to work as the Director of Slot Marketing at Wynn Las Vegas. In this role, she directed event and promotional marketing strategies for the slot department at this Forbes Five-Star, premier resort and casino destination. Additionally, she oversaw a player development team as well as the creation and implementation of direct mail promotions and special events. She also managed the Red Card loyalty program team.
Prior to joining Light & Wonder (f.k.a. Scientific Games) in 2019, Randi held the VP of Marketing role at Tropicana Las Vegas, a Penn National Gaming resort. In this role she led all marketing efforts; oversaw and developed budgets, direct marketing, branding, collateral, and training.
Currently she is the Chief of Staff & Head of Marketing for the gaming business at Light & Wonder and oversees all marketing, advertising, internal & external events, tradeshows, and communications efforts. She’s actively involved in employee engagement and culture initiatives and is a founding member of the employee resource group focused on supporting women & allies.
Randi is an avid supporter of the Las Vegas chapter of After School All-Stars, currently serving on their Board of Directors and is also on the Board of Trustees for Nevada Ballet Theatre. Her and her daughter, Parker, are also members of the Las Vegas Chapter of National Charity League and volunteer their time across several non-profits across the Las Vegas valley. She enjoys spending time with her husband Drew, Parker and her two dogs, Jacob and Ellie while she’s home.
