Ro is a proud member of the Yavapai Apache Nation, a vibrant community in central Arizona. With over twenty years of experience in the Native American gaming industry, Ro has developed a diverse and well-rounded skill set, holding key positions in Table Games, Slots, Food and beverage, Revenue Accounting, and Marketing.

Throughout this extensive career, Ro has served in leadership roles, including Director of Marketing and Chief Marketing Officer, where strategic vision and operational expertise were paramount. For his own tribe, Ro was then promoted as General Manager, leading teams and shaping successful business strategies that contributed to the overall growth and success of the casino. 

Ro now owns his own Marketing and Consulting agency with multiple tribal casino clients. 

Ro's educational foundation includes an MBA from the University of Phoenix, emphasizing a solid commitment to professional growth and excellence. This academic background and practical experience have equipped Ro to drive innovation and enhance the guest experience within the gaming and hospitality industry.
