Tashina Lazcano has worked in integrated marketing, advertising, and public relations for nearly 15 years, with demonstrated industry success spanning gaming entertainment, technology, and fine arts. She currently serves as Senior Director, Marketing & Communications for Konami Gaming, Inc., a leading designer and manufacturer of casino games and technology for the global gaming market. With more than a decade-long tenure at the company, Tashina Lazcano manages the company’s in-house creative team across areas including strategic campaigns, email marketing, social media, website management, advertising, public relations, video production, and more. She works collaboratively with teams in North America, South America, Europe, and Australasia to ensure ongoing, consistent marketing initiatives across global gaming markets, with the goal of delivering top entertainment and technology to casino players and properties around the world.  

She has been named “Emerging Leaders of Gaming 40 Under 40” by The Innovation Group, “5 Women Who Shine” by Global Gaming Business magazine, “10 Women Rising in Gaming” by CDC Gaming, and a Patty Becker “Pay It Forward” Awards Honoree by Global Gaming Women (GGW). Since 2017, she has been active in Global Gaming Women (GGW), where she volunteers as Vice President of Marketing, Board of Directors Member, Executive Committee Member, and Marketing Committee Co-Chair. Her work with this organization helps increase global awareness and participation in not-for-profit educational programs aimed toward women in the gaming industry. 

Tashina Lazcano has a Master of Business Administration from University of Nevada, Las Vegas, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Bachelor of Arts in Music.
