Anthony “Tony” Peleska is a visionary technology executive recognized for aligning bold digital strategy with measurable business outcomes. With more than 27 years of experience leading business-driven technology initiatives across the legal, banking, construction, and financial services industries, Tony brings a rare combination of strategic foresight, operational discipline, and innovation leadership.

As Chief Information Officer and Head of Digital Transformation at Kraus Anderson Corporation, Tony leads the enterprise technology and digital agenda for one of the nation’s premier construction organizations. He blends financial acumen with global IT strategy, strong industry partnerships, and modern software development practices to drive performance, agility, and competitive advantage. Under his leadership, the IT organization has evolved into a highly responsive, business-aligned team known for consistent delivery, forward-thinking solutions, and enabling enterprise growth.

Tony’s leadership extends beyond the enterprise. He is a respected voice in the technology and business community, serving on multiple boards and advisory councils. He is currently serving his second term as Board Chair for the Arden Hills Board of Directors and is a past Board Chair and Fellow of the Association for Intelligent Information Management (AIIM). He also serves as Chair of the InspireCIO Leadership Network and as a CXC Board Member for Autodesk Software Corporation, where he contributes as a speaker and facilitator on digital innovation and industry transformation.

In addition, Tony serves on the steering committee for the Minneapolis Chamber of Commerce Leadership Advisory Council and supports the University of St. Thomas Graduate School of Software Engineering, which launched the nation’s first Master’s program in Artificial Intelligence in Fall 2023.
