What is the registration deadline?

You are encouraged to pre-register early so you can receive updates and important news about the show. It will also help reduce your wait time on-site. To register today click here. To stay informed on event updates, please complete our interested in attending form.

What are the on-site buyer registration & badge pick-up hours?

Monday - 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Tuesday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday - 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Can I bring guests?

Non-industry guests such as family members or children can attend. Please contact or call 774-247-4053 to request a guest badge or stop by the registration desk at the show. 

Do you mail badges?

We do not mail badges. But when you pre-register online, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your barcode. Simply bring it to the show, scan it with our onsite readers, and print out your badge quickly and easily!

How do I make a change to my reservation?

Changes to your reservation can be made through the link provided in your email confirmation, or by contacting us at or call 774-247-4053

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be given for cancellations after August 8, 2024. Substitutions may be made at anytime by notifying the registration office in writing to

Do you offer Group Discounts?

Groups of four (4) or more are eligible for a 15% discount on the Conference & Expo package. To get the discount, you must use this link and register 4 more attendees during the same session. Register your group here.

Do you accept check payments?

Checks must be in US funds, made payable to Indian Gaming Association.
