What is the registration deadline?

You are encouraged to register early so you can receive updates and important news about the show. It will also help reduce your wait time on-site. Click here to register now.

What are the on-site buyer registration & badge pick-up hours?

Monday, April 8 - 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Tuesday, April 9 - 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday, April 10 -  8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Thursday, April 11 - 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Can I bring guests?

Non-industry guests such as family members or children can attend. Please contact to request a guest badge or stop by the registration desk at the show. 

Do you mail badges?

We do not mail badges. But when you pre-register online, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your barcode. Simply bring it to the show, scan it with our onsite readers, and print out your badge quickly and easily!

How do I make a change to my registration?

Changes to your registration can be made through the link provided in your email confirmation or by contacting us at 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing at on or before March 13, 2024, in order to receive a refund. After March 13, 2024, refunds are not available. Substitutions may be made at any time by notifying the registration office in writing at

Do you offer Group Discounts?

Groups of four (4) or more are eligible for a 15% discount on the Tradeshow & Convention package. To get the discount, you must use the registration link and register 4 or more attendees during the same session. Attendee registration is available here.

Do you accept check payments?

Checks must be in US funds, made payable to Indian Gaming Association

**Please be sure to reference the registrant’s confirmation number on the check or include a COPY of your confirmation letter.
**Please note the deadline for submitting a check by mail is Monday, April 1. All check payments after this date will need to be submitted onsite.

How can I book my hotel?

Hotel arrangements for Indian Gaming Tradeshow & Convention attendees and exhibitors will be handled by our official housing company, CONNECTIONS HOUSING. Connections has negotiated the best rates at area hotels near the Anaheim Convention Center. To book your hotel click here.

What is the best airport to fly into?

If you are traveling by plane we recommend to fly into the following airports:

John Wayne Airport (SNA) - This is the closest airport to the convention center.

What is included in my booth package?

All Exhibitors receive:
• Four (4) All-Access Badges (includes access to all conference sessions, networking events & receptions)
• Two (2) Platinum Plus passes per 100 square feet of booth space.

Exhibitors with a Standard Booth Package for Booths 399 Sq. Ft. and Below, Per 10' x 10' Space will receive:

  • One ( 1 ) 6' Black Skirted Table
  • Two ( 2 ) Black Plastic Contour Chairs
  • One ( 1 ) Wastebasket
  • One ( 1 ) 17" x 11" Booth ID Sign

Exhibitors with a Standard Booth Package for Booths 400 Sq. Ft. and Over will receive:

  • One ( 1 ) 6' Black Skirted Table
  • Two ( 2 ) Black Plastic Contour Chairs
  • One ( 1 ) Wastebasket
  • One ( 1 ) 17" x 11" Booth ID Sign

Please Note: The Facility is Not Carpeted.

How do I register my booth personnel?

Exhibitor Registration is now open, and you can access it through the exhibitor hub here. Each individual from your company attending the show is required to have an Exhibitor Badge to access the exhibit floor. You will receive four (4) booth staff badges and two (2) Exhibitor Platinum Plus badges (which provide access to the Chairman’s Award Luncheon and Tuesday Conference Sessions) per 100 square feet of booth space. 

Is insurance required?

Any Exhibitor who has engaged an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) must ensure that the EAC has a current Certificate of Insurance on file with GES or Show Management evidencing the correct coverage at least 10 days prior to the first move-in date of the show or the Exhibitor Appointed Contractor will be prohibited access to the facility to perform any work. Please view the exhibitor manual for more information.

What are the shipping options and deadlines?

You may ship either to the Advance Shipping Warehouse or ship directly to the exhibit site, go here for more information.

  • Shipments should arrive on or between business days: Tuesday, March 5, 2024 - Wednesday, April 3, 2024
  • Warehouse receiving hours are: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM & Holidays.

  • Shipments should arrive on: Monday, April 8, 2024 8:00 AM To 5:00 PM

May I move-in my own booth materials?

Yes, you may move in your own booth materials or have an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) do it. However, all EACs are required to have a current Certificate of Insurance on file with GES or Show Management evidencing the correct coverage at least 10 days prior to the first move-in date of the show.
